Default Concept Class: The Augmen

Agumen [Ag]

Main Points Of This Class:
I. Provide Support For Allies
II. Weaken Foes

Strengths:
I. Supports Multiple Allies at Once
II. Weakens Foes From Afar

Weaknesses:
I. Skills Affect HP Amount
II. Deals little damage

New Concepts:
Lift Spells: Lift spells are short lasting spells that reduce your HP in order to aid ally status. Up to 2 Lift spells can be active at once. NOTE: These only effect Party Members in range, not allies outside the group.
Rule Spells: Rule spells lower enemy status for decent amounts of time, but cost large amounts of energy. Up to 2 Rule Spells can be active upon a foe at once.

Background:
The Augmen were blessed by Dwayna’s might and Lyssa’s curse, granting them abilities of pain and cleansing. Their purpose is decided by the Augmen, whether to destroy foes or to aid allies?

God Followed: Dwayna (Despite the info in the Background, their main God/dess is Dwayna)

Status/Appearance:
Max Health: 480
Max Energy: 30
Energy Gain: +4
Armor: 60

Attributes:
Acceptance [Primary]: For each point in this attribute, you gain +2 health when you cast Lift or Rule Spells.

Lively Flow
Stifling Flow

Skill Examples:

Acceptance:
Speeding Thoughts – 10E, 1sec Casting, 20sec Recharge.
Enchantment. For 1…7 seconds, spells cast recharge 50% faster. When this enchantment ends you lose 7…3 energy.
Holy Embrace – 5E, 1sec Casting, 5sec Recharge.
Spell. You gain +5…110 health and lose 15…10 Energy if you are not effected by a Lift Spell.
Dwayna’s Rain [Elite] – 15E, 2sec Casting, 30sec Recharge.
Elite Enchantment. For 1…11 seconds you gain +2…21 health each second. If this enchantment ends prematurely you lose 25% health. When this enchantment ends you lose 88…56 health.

Advancing Flow:
Speeding Bones – 10E, 1sec Casting, 20sec Recharge.
Lift Spell. For 1…12 seconds, all allies attack 10% faster. When this spell ends, you lose 20 health for each second this spell was in effect.

Keen Vision – 10E, 2sec Casting, 20sec Recharge.
Lift Spell. For 1...8 seconds, all allies cannot be blinded or dazed. When this spell ends, each ally effected is healed for 1…36 health.

Holdings – 10E, 1sec Casting, 20sec Rehcarge.
Lift Spell. You move 90% slower, and lose 10 points of health when moving, for 2…10 seconds and all allies move 25% faster.

Healthy Aura – 15E, 2sec Casting, 20sec Recharge.
Lift Spell. For 1…15 seconds, all allies gain a +1…3 Health regain and you suffer from a -5 health degain.

Embracing Power [Elite] – 15E, 2sec Casting, 25sec Recharge.
Elite Lift Spell. For each recharging Lift Spell all allies gain +1…2 attribute points in their primary attribute for 0…4 seconds (Max: 12 Seconds.)

Burning Fury [Elite] – 25E, 1sec Casting, 25sec Recharge.
Elite Lift Spell. For 0…7 seconds, all allies’ physical attacks cause burning for 0…3 seconds.

Lively Flow:
Infliction – 5E, 3sec Casting, 30sec Recharge.
Spell. You and target foe suffer from Bleeding, Deep Wound, Dazed, or Weakness for 2…12 seconds. If you are under the effect of a Lift Spell, you are not conditioned.

Painful Cheer – 10E, 1sec Casting, 15sec Recharge.
Spell. Nearby foes are struck for 5…36 damage. If they are under the effect of a Rule Spell, you deal an extra 2…20 damage. This attack has 10% armor penetration.

Restful Gaze – 10E, 1sec Casting, 20sec Recharge.
Spell. Target foe is healed for 5…66 health if they are not under the effect of a Rule Spell. If they are, you deal 5…66 damage.

Light Darkness – 5E, 1sec Casting, 8sec Recharge.
Spell. Target foe is cured of blindness. If they are under the effect of a Rule Spell you deal 2…56 damage.

Undermining View [Elite] – 15E, 1sec Casting, 12sec Recharge.
Elite Spell. If you are under the effects of a Lift Spell, target foe loses 10% of their current health.

Stifling Flow:
Starvation – 15E, 2sec Casting, 40sec Recharge.
Rule Spell. For 2…20 seconds, target attacking foe is effected by Starvation and loses 15 health each time they successfully attack or cast a spell.

Mind Wipe - 25E, 3sec Casting, 45sec Recharge.
Rule Spell. Target foe suffers from a -1 Energy Degain for 2...15 seconds. When this spell ends, you lose all but 1...5 energy.

Halcyon Interruption – 25E, 2sec Casting, 40sec Recharge.
Rule Spell. Target foe’s spells are easily interrupted for 1…15 seconds. When this spell ends, you lose 20…15 energy.

Disease Health – 25E, 3sec Casting.
Rule Spell. Target foe suffers from a -10 health degain for 0….10 seconds. For each point of health lost, target foe gains 1 energy when this spell ends.

Dream Harvest [Elite] – 15E, 1sec Casting, 40sec Recharge.
Rule Spell. If target foe has more energy than you, their max energy is reduced to your current energy count for 1…27 seconds. When this spell ends, target foe’s energy is fully replenished.

looks interesting...id like to look more but currently it hurts my eyes - could you perhaps sperate it a bit?

About the Max HP and Max Energy, the max for all chars is 480 HP. dont think you could have it lower for PvP balance sake. Also, IIRC all casters have a base 30 energy so dont think 36 energy would work. (Max energy can also be affected by items etc.)
